Cuttings and Stick Bundles

In order to restore certain areas, our team uses cuttings (12 inches long branches) to replant trees and increase the presence of plants. This inexpensive technique enables us to easily restore abandoned spaces or streams. The most commonly used shrub species are willow (salix) or dogwood (cornus) cuttings.

Using stick bundles is recommended to counter erosion problems on low to medium slopes. The term "stick bundle" refers to an assembly of branches firmly attached together in the shape of a cylinder. They are held in place by stakes driven deep into the ground to create a protective barrier that strengthens the slope.

Here at Feuillages du Québec, we are able to answer all your needs in terms of cuttings and stick bundles. Whether you are looking for a turnkey service or simply to buy cuttings or bundles, our experts are at your disposal to advise you.
